WAIVERS: Ohio's Medicaid i/o, level 1 and self waivers
Ohio'sThe Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) administers three waivers in Ohio: the Individual Options (IO), the Level One (L1), and the Self Empowered Life Funding (SELF). Each individual enrolled must meet Medicaid eligibility requirements every month, and must have their level of care renewed annually.
MVTS provides one-on-one, in-home support and assistance, and specialized services to children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities who are approved for the DD Individual Options, Level One, and SELF Waivers.
